The Chilling Alpine Adventure is my most personal and emotional project to date. Since the onset of 2024, this album has held such gravitas in my life. My wife, Aysha, had our third kiddo a few years ago and we just recently began climbing out of the wash of a season of chaos. But just as that began happening, here I came along with TCAA. Aysha put aside her ambitions and precious time to facilitate this project and all the details that go into it. Because of her this project was prioritized, organized, and actualized. She kept me on the straight and narrow when I needed to be focused, and she let me run wild creatively when she knew that was of the utmost importance. But what's astounding is it wasn't because she felt like she had to, rather she really believed in this whole thing from the very conception. She's not just my partner in life but she's also the best manager and friend I've ever had. My children of course are incredibly stoked on all the music I do, even if it's a 30 second drum beat for a commercial, and that encouragement fills my heart completely. TheyÆve only continued to inspire me to write and expand more in my songwriting. I am so thankful to have such a wonderful family (in laws included) and friends who showered me with such endless support and encouragement. Casey Crescenzo, who's not only a lifelong friend but an inspiration to me in all things creative. Same thing goes to Ethan Gross. Of course, thank you to my band ù Nick whoÆs been such a crucial part of this project not just with amazing guitar skills and helping Aysha with promo and marketing, but also whoÆs friendship and continual encouragement maintained such a foundation in my life. Jordan, who's drumming truly made these songs shine and also who's friendship means the world to me. Dan Elder, who went out of his way to make my crazy scheduling work and came into the studio with some guitar melody gems.
