We are delighted to see the Later Version bring their unique flair to
Tartelet with this brand new 5 tracker, with this EP being a
beautifully crafted blend of house-inspired grooves from start to
finish. We open up with the uniquely sharpened drum punches of 'Active
Refill', leading into both the moogish bass textures of 'Bushy Stunt'
and more stripped back organic arrangements of 'Wall Push'. We then
close off this collection with two additional gems, with 'Drifting
Pottery' firstly providing some nostalgic rhythms and eerie synths to
match, followed by the super jittery synths of 'Collage Identity' to
round things off in style. Nice work!
