These powerful "mentecatti," driven by unbridled ambition and selfish interests, can cause inequalities, conflicts, exploitation of natural resources, and environmental destruction. The title "Mente Captus" thus represents a critical reflection on the nature of human follies and how they are conceived and misclassified, subservient to the ever-increasing ego of humanity, reverberating in every aspect of our existence.
