Apparently nobody pred this, so lets fill the gap. ItÆs an exciting time to be a PVRIS fan right now. Their last EP, Use Me saw the band transcend down an alternative/pop route in their music which isnÆt necessarily a bad thing because our reviewer still gave it a solid review, saying ôàit has a much poppier sound than anything they have done beforeàö LetÆs talk about their newest single æMonsterÆ though. Wow, I am in awe. PVRIS sound like they are in their element here, blending the sound from previous releases with boppier, R&B elements. The chorus carries an insane hip hoppy, electronic beat thatÆs hard not to get around, and sends the band into the pop stratosphere. æMonsterÆ is a wild track that sits on par with some of the biggest mainstream releases this year and whether you vibe with mainstream pop or not, itÆs hard not to get into this song.
