changed to End Result, an executive's wife at Fantasy Records christened them Paradise Express, a name she plucked from a television show. Contractually, they were keyboardist Herb Jimmerson, and his wife, Vi-Ann, a blues & ballad singer, other musicians augmented their sessions and gigs. Their albums: "Paradise Express", and "Let's Fly", features Martha Wash & Izora Rhodes a.k.a. Two Tons of Fun on vocals, various horns, and a rhythm section of David Pruitt (guitar), Romeo Williams (bass), and Kenneth Elliot & Brian Cabanas on drums. "Dance" from their debut created more noise internationally than in the States. Paul Jabarra wrote "Dance", which you can hear in the movie Mother, Jugs & Speed. The first LP contained a skimpy five songs; the second, which contained more ballads, only had six.
