First, extracting the LPCM track from the original ▐▒▌ ▐▒▌ DVD stream. The chapter information of the DVD should match the time ▐▒▌ ▐▒▌ for each of tracks on the .CUE, but there was an offset of around ▐▒▌ ▐▒▌ 20sec or so; a trick had to be used to get everything on the *EXACT* ▐▒▌ ▐▒▌ time position. Furthermore, all track marks were manually trimmed ▐▒▌ ▐▒▌ (not all of them were accurate). Next step was converting from 48KHz ▐▒▌ ▐▒▌ to 44.1KHz; the slow but excellent Sound Forge 7 did the job. Also, ▐▒▌ ▐▒▌ the volume was not smooth along the whole session, so it was trimmed ▐▒▌ ▐▒▌ a bit by blocks.
